People don’t have time to read labels, but they do surely see the images. But I am skeptical as to how much of effect these images have on their thinking. But it’s always great to try than to keep quiet. It may affect the thinking of atleast a few.

One probem (with smoking and drinking) is that young people think it won’t do them any harm in the short term, so they can enjoy it for now a quit later on. And a lot do. Unfortunatly others get addicted and it effects them longer term. Although many will ingore it, education is key. Having said that, if I’m sitting at a table eating my lunch, and someone else has put a cigarette packet with some horrible image on the table, I have to look at it. No thanks.

I agree with you, there should be more warnings but more awareness as well. You see teenagers ignore the warnings because they see everyone are ignoring it, they know the harmful effects of Smoking and alcohol but they think ‘Let’s enjoy, after all it’s time now’ but they don’t realize, it kills them slowly and makes them addicted to it for which they have to bear all their life. Alcohol does a lot of damage to anyone’s life. Obesity causes diseases earlier in your life. People see everyone, I think one should start taking control him/her self rather than looking at others.
